Yukyuzan Park

Hello everyone! This time I drove to Yukyuzan Park located in Nagaoka city, Niigata prefecture 😀

The date was on September 23rd, 2024, cloudy and it was warm.

Because it was hard to walk around each spot of this huge park, I will share just a few.

Firstly, this is Sensui Pond.

After the pond, I walked up the stairs around it and saw Free Space.

This is Yukyuzan Mini Zoo.

I got to view a ton of animals such as rabbits, Japanese macaques and Shiba goats!

Although I stopped by Nagaoka City Museum of Local History on the premises, the receptionist told me that no one is allowed to take pictures or shoot videos of the displayed items inside the museum and post them on social media, so I will show you what the building looks like instead.

If you keep it totally private, there is no problem with taking pictures etc.

This is different from Sensui Pond. It is called Hyotan Pond.

Drove home after seeing the Japanese iris garden next to Hyotan Pond.
