Hello there! I went to Prefectural Office Forest in Niigata city, Niigata prefecture to see red spider lilies.
I thought they would be in full bloom, but in fact they were not. It will take one or two more weeks to see them blooming fully.
It was on September 25th, 2024, sunny and the temperature was just right for me.
Now, I am going to share a lot of pictures of red spider lilies 😀

These are some of the other pictures in the forest. I spotted big blue lilyturfs and lunarias as well. Will only share a picture of big blue lilyturfs because that of lunarias looked blurry.
