こんにちは！今回は魚沼市と長岡市間にある中山隧道へ行ってきました 😀
こちらの旧道の隧道は手掘りとしては最も長いもので、土木学会選奨土木遺産として登録されています。
足を運んだ日は2024年9月28日、くもり、ちょうどいい気温。
それでは隧道周辺の画像から共有していきます。

そして内部へ。左側に来訪者が記録する用紙、右側に中山隧道に関する看板がありました。
トンネル内は涼しく、幅は2メートルほどあったので一人だと楽々通れます。
入ってすぐの壁面にある様々な看板。
特に映画「掘るまいか 手掘り中山隧道の記録」についての熱い想いが窺えます。
