Hi, everybody! This time I went to Naena Waterfall cascading in between Niigata prefecture and Nagano prefecture 🙂
The date of my visit was on November 24th, 2024. Rainy, cloudy and cold enough for me to feel like winter.
This fall runs into Seki River and is selected as one of the Top 100 Waterfalls of Japan as well.
The length of the fall from top to bottom is 55 meters, and it is also known as “Earthquake Waterfall” because the tumultuous sound it makes sounds as if it were an earthquake.
It is pretty far from home, but I rolled up my sleeves and drove at midnight and got to the parking lot in Myōkō city, Niigata prefecture without trouble.
Because it was drizzling, I was waiting about 2 hours for it to let up while watching anime.
Speaking of Myōkō, it reminds me of Hikakin.
Without further ado, let me move on to sharing the photos of Naena Waterfall.
This is Sekikawa No. 1 Check Dam, which is on the way to the waterfall.
Here are the rest of the photos.
I felt pathos seeing its scenery transitioning from autumn to winter.
That’s it for today’s blog.
See you next time. Wishing you a peaceful day ( ^^) _U~~
