Echigo Herb Fragrance Park Irihirose

This time I visited Echigo Herb Fragrance Park Irihirose located in Uonuma city, Niigata prefecture. It was June 26, 2024, cloudy and a little hot. Suidouyama Park in Mitsuke city, Niigata

Hello there! I went to see some hydrangeas at Suidouyama park located in Mitsuke city, Niigata prefecture :D It was on June 22nd, 2024. The weather was sunny and a little hot even in a T-shirt. Citizens’ Interaction Center – Navel Mitsuke

Hi! I went to take a look at the Umbrella Sky inside Navel Mitsuke located in Mitsuke city, Niigata prefecture! It was on June 22nd, 2024. The weather was sunny and a little hot even in a T-shirt. I heard that this Umbrella Sky got some attention from the mass media in 2023 and will be on display this year as well, so I got there looking forward to it. I am going to upload the umbrellas first because I forgot to take a picture of the outside of the building.

Iwamuro Onsen Hiyotsuma Fireflies Festival

Hello there! This time I took part in Iwamuro Onsen Hiyotsuma Fireflies Festival taking place in Niigata city and viewed fireflies! It was on June 22nd, 2024. The weather was sunny and a little hot even in a T-shirt. I got there past 7 p.m. because they say the fireflies are more active from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.!Hiyotsuma Fireflies Festival will be running from June 22nd to July 7, 2024!On arriving at a parking lot nearby, I walked for about 10 minutes to the place where we get to see the fireflies.

45th Yutagami Onsen Hydrangea Festival on Mt. Gomadou

Hi! This time I climbed up Mt. Gomadou located in Niigata prefecture because they are having a hydrangea festival there! It was on June 20, 2024, sunny and a little windy but too hot for June. The Hydrangea Festival will be running from June 8 to July 7, 2024.

Shibata Iris Festival

This time I visited Ijimino Park located in Shibata city, Niigata prefecture. It was on June 15, 2024 and the weather was sunny. I knew it would be too hot in the daytime, I arrived there in the evening. I was really looking forward to coming here because this iris garden in the park is one of the Four Great Iris Gardens in Japan. Without further ado, I will start with "Masugata" that stands out in the park!

Japanese Iris Festival at Shirasagi Forest Park

This time I went to Shirasagi Forest Park for its Japanese Iris Festival located in Sanjou City, Niigata Prefecture! It was on June 10, 2024, sunny, not windy and a little hot. This festival is supposed to be held from June 10 to June 23rd, 2024.

Hyoko Iris Festival

This time I went to Hyoko Iris Garden in Agano city, Niigata prefecture! It was on June 8, 2024, sunny and pretty windy. Hyoko Iris Festival is supposed to be held from June 1st to June 23rd, 2024. Coming to this iris garden, I will start with some pictures of irises! Not full in bloom but in bloom by 20~30%.

Nigorikawa Park

I went to Nigorikawa Park in Niigata city because I heard that there is a rose garden there. In the rose garden, some were in full bloom and some weren't. It was pretty hot on the day, and several caretakers were taking care of the roses while taking a break under the tree nearby.
