Hi, how’s it going? I went to Tsubame city, Niigata prefecture, Japan and enjoyed seeing Sengandoh Suspension Bridge etc 🙂
The date was on October 6th, 2024, cloudy and a little hot for autumn.
This bridge is one of the top 50 bridges in Niigata prefecture.
Well then, I am going to share the pictures of the bridge first.
Next up is Gogohan, the place where Ryohkan, a Zen monk in the Edo period, had lived for about 20 years.
This is Bangen Shohnin Gravestone, a cultural property designated by Tsubame city.

And then the statue of Ryohkan entitled Ryohkan-san and Mari (ball).
