Yakushi Shimizu

Hello there! I went to Yakushi Shimizu located in Agamachi, Higashikanbara-gun, Niigata prefecture, Japan.

Yakushi means Healing Buddha and Shimizu means Clear Water, FYI.

It was on October 17th, 2024, sunny and the temperature was just right.

On arrival, I was wandering around for a bit because I could not find where exactly the clear water is located, but I noticed the stairs in between the buildings nearby.

It is covered with plants and hard to find, so I hope this information helps.

Well then, I am going to share the pictures of the clear water first.

Please Never Use Detergent or Put in Unclear Water Because the Water is Drained into the Breeding Pond Down Below

I saw some fish bred by the gushing water as well.

Just went there almost for fun. so would like to take a large bottle with me if I have another chance.
