Hello there!
I went to a historical place named Muroya Cave, which is located in Agamachi, Higashikanbara-gun, Niigata prefecture, Japan 😀
The date of my visit was on December 25th, 2024. The weather was cloudy, and it had no wind.
Its piles of snow show how cold it is outside.
It was nothing but a normal day to me and was anything but Merry Christmas (big smile)
Now, the sign in front of the cave says, “It is an indispensable site to get to know life in the Jōmon period.“

As the saying goes, “Seeing is believing.” I shoved the snow and stepped into the cave.
It is about a room of 6 tatami mats in size. Here are some of the photos.
