I went to a peony garden in Gosen city, Niigata! The date was May 16, 2024. Their 35th Gosen City Flowers and Trees Festival was held from April 27 to May 31. The weather was good, and a good number of other visitors came and enjoyed the flowers as well.

I went to Former Ozawa Family Residence, one of Niigata city's culture assets. It was on May 11, 2024. About 850 meters from Niigata City History Museum. The inside of the residence looked like this.

I visited Hakusan Shrine in Niigata City. It was May 11, 2024. The weather was good, too and I walked around the shrine and took a lot of pictures! I will start with plants such as white wisteria and azaleas.

I went to Aoyama Suidō Yūen located in Niigata city to view some wisteria! FYI, suidō literally means waterway and Yūen means pleasance.

Cultural Assets Illuminated Great Wisteria at Northern Culture Museum
I visited Northern Culture Museum located in Niigata city and viewed some great wisteria! It was on May 6, 2024. Because it was the last day of the year to get to see the illuminated great wisteria, I went there anyway even though it was raining. I edited some of the pictures, so they might look horror pictures lol

I went to "Uonuma Moss Phlox Festival 2024" located in Uonuma city, Niigata. The date was on May 5, 2024. This year's festival was held from April 24 to May 12.
Tulips Tainai Tulip Festival 2024
I went to Tainai Tulip Festival 2024 located in Tainai city, Niigata! The date was on April 28, 2024. The tulips were in full bloom, and a wide variety of them were blooming beautifully.
