Bridges Higashi-Akatani Continuous Cave Gate
Hello there! This time I went to Higashi-Akatani Continuous Cave Gate in Shibata city, Niigata prefecture, Japan :D It was on October 12th, 2024, sunny and the weather was perfect. I was moved as if I fell into the world of Ghibli. Having said that, as it is a road, vehicles come and go on and off. You will be able to take pictures more safely on weekdays. Well then, I will share the pictures of the gate first.
Niigata Prefecture Ōtomo Inari Shrine – Okunoin
Hello there! This time I brought myself to Ōtomo Inari Shrine - Okunoin, which sits in Shibata city, Niigata prefecture, Japan :D The date was on October 12th, 2024, sunny and the temperature was just right. These continuous Torii gates were donated by those who have a faith in this shrine. There are two approaches to the shrine, and I knew either would do, so I got in from the right side. According to the manners of Soto-sect, it is from the left side that you get in. All right, so I will start with the pictures of the sanctuary.

Hello there! This time I visited Kousagi Shrine located in Sekikawa Village, Iwafune-gun, Niigata prefecture, Japan 😀 Because it stands in an residential area, I would have almost missed it had I not paid close attention to it. It is around Fujisawa River, and an anonymous waterfall was making a roaring sound for the whole time. The date of my visit was on October 10th, 2024. It was cloudy, windy and a little chilly. Cosmoses Sekikawa Village Cosmos Park
Hello there! This time I went to Sekikawa Village, Iwafune-gun, Niigata prefecture, to see cosmoses at Sekikawa Village Cosmos Park :D The date of my visit was on October 10th, 2024. Cultural Assets Monument to the Landing Point of Yonouzu Meteorite

I drove to Tsubame city, Niigata prefecture to take a look at Monument to the Landing Point of Yonouzu Meteorite :D Yonouzu Meteorite is registered as a cultural asset designated by Tsubame city. This is where the third heaviest meteorite in Japan fell and the real thing is exhibited in National Museum of Nature and Science in Tokyo.
